All fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to unused service time, dissatisfaction with the Service, or account termination.

LiteChat AI is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Lupchoo Limited does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lupchoo Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
